Our Story

Baking resilience into Ohio neighborhoods.

We combat hunger not through passive food lines, but by turning neighbors into bakers. We gather around hot ovens to build skills, share meals, and strengthen local communities.

Our Roots

From a single oven

We started with one domestic range in a church basement, baking twelve loaves of sourdough a week. Today, we bring kitchen-table wisdom back to families through simple, honest ingredients and shared heat.

Our volunteer-driven kitchens turn flour, water, and salt into tools for self-reliance. We teach the practical art of baking to ensure no household relies solely on a hand-out.
